Lately I've been drawing images out of the abstract, something I've not done for awhile. Basically, while working on another piece I will apply my leftover paint to the next surface. Then, I will start from whatever shapes I find there (and likely whatever is on my mind at the time) and will use that as my starting point. This new painting, the first of at least a few from this way of working, is
now in my shop.
